SoHo Support is a knowledge base that holds all of the required information to support the SoHo (Small office, Home office) products such as Faxes, Copiers and Printers. The information is divided into categories, which are represented as "Tabs" with the following headings; Documentation, Top 10 Solutions, How Do I? , Parts Numbers and Error Codes.

1. As this is a product-oriented site, when you arrive at the home page you should enter the product name (or part of it) in the first box. In the next box below, you will see the range of products with similar names. To proceed, click on the correct product from the list in the lower box and press the return key. This will then bring you to the page specific for that product.
2. This page allows you to choose the category by clicking on the appropriate tab. For the definitions of what the different tabs refer to, see next section.
3. Having selected a tab, then click on the "Procedure Name" which appears to be most closely related to the problem you need to solve.
4. Alternatively, if you are uncertain of the nature of what you are looking for, you can enter a word into the keyword search; the product is already specified. This is located at the top of the page. The search can be narrowed by selecting options such as Procedure, Documentation and Information, from the "Search In" option.
5. When you've reached the procedure title, which closely matches what you are looking for, then click on it and follow the procedure or information contained in it.
